Savoir Strategies partnered with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty to craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that reflects the brand’s refined luxury positioning, celebrates its dynamic lifestyle offerings, and expands its digital influence across South Florida and beyond.

Our focus centered on content creation and platform management for ONE Sotheby’s corporate social accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter. We developed and implemented a unified digital vision—one that artfully tells the story of ONE Sotheby’s world-class residential listings, new developments, and signature lifestyle experiences through elegant, visually-driven content.

To ensure consistency and elevate the brand’s aesthetic, we both leveraged existing ONE Sotheby’s templates and introduced custom-designed templates by Savoir. These assets brought a more curated, cohesive look across all posts, stories, and video content, while highlighting the intersection of real estate, luxury, art, design, and culture that defines the brand.

Our team also oversaw the development of a detailed content calendar and posting strategy, ensuring each platform remained active, engaging, and aligned with the audience’s expectations—posting 2–3x per week and adapting based on performance insights.

Beyond visual content, we coordinated with the ONE Sotheby’s corporate team to manage on-site photography and videography logistics for major listings and brand events, ensuring every asset was professionally captured and aligned with the overall brand narrative.

Through this partnership, Savoir Strategies helped ONE Sotheby’s expand its reach, elevate its presence, and bring its luxury lifestyle ethos to life in the digital space.
